ABC, Wordful, and Watch Me Wednesday ~ A Triple Threat

***Sorry the font is HUGE! I could not get it down to normal size. I know how... it just wouldn't take :-p

Today's letter for

C is for Cardboard Cars.

Wordful Wednesday

Many short movies were shown at the Awana Sparky Drive-in. Burn-E, Veggie Tales, Dr. Seuss, and a few I did not recognize. Some of the leaders of Awanas even did a skit for the kids about the glory of God's creation. Our cars were small and we arrived early so we were able to get front row seats.

There was so much food to be had. Hotdogs, nachos, salad, popcorn, and dessert! My Love and I showed some restraint, but the kids on the other hand... well, lets just say... they ate and ate and ate and ATE!

It was fantastic family fun and we all had a super great time for very little $.
I
almost felt guilty ;-)

Watch Me Wednesday

Of course if you put three kids into cardboard cars there will be races.

Happy Wednesday!

***And just in case you have been waiting at the edge of your seat for last weeks Watch Me Wednesday it is up and running and you can view it HERE.

What a great triple threat! I'm here for W. W.....but enjoyed it ALL. Did you make those cars? How grand to be the parent who makes the cardboard cars for their kids. I envy you and your wisdom

Oh my gosh! I love this Becky! I actually forgot it was Wednesday. I have to make one right now. BEFORE work : ). I totally have my priorities straight.
Your AWANA club looks so fun! I used to LOVE Awanas when I was little.

I love those cars! They are too cute. Our kids used to use the 12pk boxes that sodas came in to make helmets (that was before the days of fridge packs). You're kids can make matching race helmets. I'm so helpful aren't I? LOL

My P is going to freak when she sees this..we have no cardboard boxes and she LOVES doing that!
Anytime I ask what she thinks we should get for another child as a gift she says..."first we'll get a big box..." lol She wants to make each of them a cardboard car decorated personally by her for them! ;-)
