Frightening Fish cracker Fiasco
I have used this pic before on my other blog but thought it was, um... unique enough for a turn here. my little Marli went through a phase where she did not enjoy the PB&J. I think the mutilation of the offending food was her way of rebelling.

Remember that serene snow pictures you all loved last week...
... a few days later, it looked like this. The nice thing about California winters (at least where we live) is that one day it will be dumping snow six inches an hour and the next it will be clear and sunny. In the picture above, James is being a good boy and helping Grandpa shovel his driveway while Flip supervises. A day or so later it rained for two days and one would never have known that it snowed at all. You've gotta love California.
Since our regular walk was a muddy, mucky, mess we stuck to the pavement of our private road where the kids had fun searching out road rainbows.

Wow! Fun Frightening Fish Fiasco! Cracked me up. And love the road rainbow game. We'll have to try that on our road soon!
amazingly alliterative.
Road rainbows. Now that's a new one to me....I'll have to make sure I check that out next time the area is wet with rain. [We don't get snow]
Happy Wordful to you today. If you can, stop by for my 'twin towers', I'd love your company.
Wow that is quite a fish sandwich but I bet the kids love it!

ohhhh she is just way too adorable! yummy tummy!!!! how sweet of mommy to share her cookie :)
Oh so cute. I didn't know you were a California girl. For some reason I thought you lived in Michigan or some place like that. I LOVE that sandwhich. Hilarious. I never make Kaishon penut butter and jelly sandwhiches. I don't know why because they are genius : ).
Your house is full of adventures and fun! The sandwich though...gross!
Great pictures! That sandwich looks like something my kids would do, lol.
P,B&J sandwich with fish crackers..., yummy! You have an endless supply of wonderful stuff to tell us about.
Love the video!
Hilarious fish attack.....Love seeing photos and reading about your family!
I think my kids would LOVE the frightening Fish Fiasco!
great, fun stuff!!!! that is one scary sandwich, and one precious little girl.
What fun! Love the fish fiasco - my grandson chewed out parts of a quesadilla. When it looked like Batman he flung it into the air to see if it would fly.
Love. that. sweet. babychild! At the end, she's looking away, and you can see the trance-like state of her wheels turning. Too cute!
We haven't had snow down here in Berkeley, but we've had every other kind of weather there is. And through storm, cold, high wind and hail, the flowering trees are all blooming and daffodils grace most yards.
I loved your food fiasco! Actually I think you have a budding sculptor.
Hi Becky! I am Becky too! I found your blog via Mrs. Nesbitt's place; ABC Wednesday so naturally I had to check out your blog. I love the cartoon drawing! We have more in common than our names. When I was pregnant, I strongly wanted a little girl so I could name her Eden but alas, I had a son and Eden just wouldn't fit for him! LOL Loved your daughter's hair cut.
"Dunking" . . . a milestone? Oops! My kids missed that one.
: D
ARGH!!! I knew I had been missing you in the blog world....I hadn't seen a post from you in a few days and was coming by to say, "hey are you okay?" and then I get here to see that you have been here posting and my follower thing hasn't been following you!! Now, I have to go catch up!! Just wanted to say hi!
I don't know about those colored fishies...I still like the plain Jane ones! Glad to see your boy helping Grandpa :-)
LOL with the first picture with the goldfish; that had me laughing! I didn't realize you lived in California (or if I did I forgot but because of the snow comment I'm guessing northern California). so cute with your little one dunking :)
(honestly the ice cream, if you eat the whole carton is just under 1000 calories.
If that is the only thing you ate all day, you'd be doing fine weight wise, LOL)
have a great day!
betty
